MAGION contributes to optimization e.g. for smart well operations by designing and fine-tuning process control loops and strategies and implementing this on-site.

We assist our customers in their constant strive to optimize their critical processes.

One example of how we achieve this is by means of advanced control and loop tuning. We can do this at the customers’ facilities as well as remotely from our offices.

Other solutions are based on intelligent maintenance by applying analysis to instrument data (diagnostics and measured values).

We are constantly developing and refining tools and applications which make use of the available process data, provided by real-time data historians. These tools and applications give our clients more insight in their production processes which enables them amongst others to reduce the number of (spurious) process shutdowns, thereby increasing the overall up-time of the plant.
