Maintenence contract

 

After MAGION has completed a project our clients can close a maintenance contract. This contract is tailor made to the needs of our clients, we call it a Service Level Agreement.

 

This SLA ensures our clients of the right type of maintenance at the right time by the right people.

 

An SLA will always comprise the following elements:

  • Periodic maintenance (preventive)
  • Repair activities (reactive maintenance)
  • Small project implementation (modifications and additional functionality)

 

 

By closing an SLA MAGION guarantees a pro-active approach towards maintenance of your system. You are ensured that the system will keep performing its designed task within your organization.
