Project Management Office

The project Management Office is a separate entity within the MAGION organization which maintains project management related standards, best practices and methods. The PMO supports projects to deliver within schedule and budget and maintain the required quality. To this end the PMO performs administrative tasks, keeps track of best practices which apply to the project and ensures that the required deliverables are in accordance with the clients requirements.

Why a PMO?

There are many reasons why the PMO is a valuable asset to the organization. For MAGION the most important reasons are:
